Can I purchase a custom gift basket? Yes. Please contact us via email or by telephone to discuss your event or recipient.
Do you offer discounts if I buy a large quantity of gift baskets? Do you offer corporate discounts? Yes we do. Since we are able to procure discounts on our merchandise in volume, we offer discounts on large orders. Large orders are typically those in excess of $2,500. We will analyze the size of the order and the best savings that we can offer for your particular order. Large volume repeat customers also will gain premium pricing to our merchandise. Delivery fees for large orders will not be based upon a per package fee, but rather a fee relative to the time and mileage for actual delivery.
Where do you ship the gift baskets? We ship to the fifty states of the United States and internationally. Our wine baskets and flowers are delivered in the continental US and only to states that accept wine shipments. We offer shipping via FedEx, DHL, UPS, and the U.S. Postal Service. We will make our best effort to ship via the lowest priced carrier. You may select to have your package expidited and the additional price of the shipment will be added to your invoice.
Do you deliver? Yes, we do deliver locally in the Fox Cities near Appleton, Wisconsin. Delivery charges are based upon mileage to the recipient address and vary from $4 - $12 per delivery. Please call on the telephone to order gifts to be delivered locally so that you do not incur an automatic online charge for shipping & handling.
Do you offer same day delivery? Unfortunately, we do not. If you order a gift basket by noon (CST), we will generally deliver or ship it within two business days. Our goal is to ship out the packages within the shortest time frame possible. If there is an unanticipated delay in shipping your order, you will be contacted.
If I place my order online, is it safe to use my credit card? Yes, our web site uses a secure order and payment processing system. This system encrypts your credit card prior to transmission over the Internet using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology. We do not share your information with any third party not directly involved in the processing, preparing, or shipping of your of your order. We do not sell information about our clients to any third parties.
I would like to order gift baskets to a large number of recipients. Can I do this using your web site? Yes. It is easy to order multiple gift baskets or place a large corporate order by emailing the product name, recipient name & address, & card message to us. You may forward a Microsoft Word or Excel file listing your recipients via email. You may also call our office to order over the phone if you would prefer. Let us know the easiest way for you to forward your data and we will work with you.
What if I am not satisfied with my order? The Art Of Giving takes great pride in their work and strives to achieve excellence with each order. We will do everything that we can to make sure that you are a satisfied customer. You have our promise that we will always do what is fair. Shipping rates vary for each order based upon how many gift baskets are ordered, the weight of the package, and the shipping method selected.
